저희가 항상 최선을 다해 안전하게 포장하고 보내드리고 있으나, 배송 과정에서 박스가 심하게 다뤄지는 경우가 있다 보니 이번처럼 제품이 터져 도착한 것 같습니다.
이 부분은 저희도 매우 안타깝게 생각하며, 앞으로는 더 단단하고 안전한 포장으로 고객님께서 같은 불편을 겪지 않도록 더욱 신경 쓰겠습니다.
