My mother is a long time buyer for this vegetable seasoning and she uses this on all of her cooking to enhance the flavor from the vegetable seasoning.

I recieved a few packets from her to try and it is very nice. Since it is made out of vegetables I feel good about not using hondasi or dashida/ MSGS
