Cut Wakame (Seaweed) 씻지않는 컷미역 250g

Wakame is an edible brown seaweed or kelp imported from the famed region of Wan-do, South Korea. It is common in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines. Our Wakame is cut into smaller pieces, also known as Shredded Wakame. It can be used in many different ways, most commonly in soups or salads.

Do not wash these Wakame before cooking. This product has been pre-washed and dried before being packaged. Just add as is to your dish. If you are going for something salad-like based, then you can blanch them in hot water about 2-3 minutes. Use drinking water if you are making stock.
